WHO ARE WE?
We are Trinity – a registered charitable organization founded in 1982. Over these years, we have dedicated our work to providing integrated and experiential learning in formal and informal educational settings while facilitating community development in Canada.
WHAT DO WE DO?
We have been creating youth-led peer leadership programs in schools across Canada and the United States.
These programs support students in balancing their socio-emotional and ethical development with academic pursuits.
Our programs also connect community members across generations. As a result, seniors, retired educators, etc. work together with youth.
The Vision at Trinity is to support every Canadian in becoming skilled in leading and serving their communities.
We aim to design progressive self-development programs which enable the connection between individuals and communities.
OUR CORE VALUES
Our six core values define the mindset in which we function.
While we work with sincerity and devotion towards the betterment of our communities, we never shy away from making the environment fun and playful.
OUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
In the past, we have received funding support from various agencies like National Crime Prevention Strategy, Justice Canada, Toronto District School Board, and other boards.
In addition to this, we are supported by local MPs and MPPs, retired educators, and community leaders.
We have received awards for “Outstanding Participation” as a partner of the Toronto District School Board, contributing to the success and well-being of TDSB students through a supportive, encouraging, and inclusive educational experience.
It has been more than 38 years and we are going strong in our objective of helping the youth and other community members connect better with their communities and work towards their development.
If you wish to work/partner with us or volunteer on any of our projects, we would be more than happy to connect. Check out our Work with us section for more details.
